Job Description
- Establish a positive connection and a solid understanding of the learners' needs, while actively engaging them.
- Provide tutoring sessions for adults.
- Complete electronic administrative documents in a timely manner.
Required Skills/Experience:
- TESOL/TEFL certificate
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, psychology, sociology, business, etc.)
- Experience teaching adults (not limited to English)
- Minimum two years of experience teaching/tutoring English
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Great ease in using information and communication technologies
- A working computer with webcam/video capabilities
- Dynamism, creativity, ability to adapt to different types and levels of learners
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with Mandarin at intermediate level.
- Familiarity with Taiwanese culture and environment.
- A bachelor or master’s degree in adult education.

【Job Responsibilities】
- 收集客戶名單，進⾏陌⽣開發，並拜訪有潛⼒之客⼾。
- 依據客戶需求、目標及期望，制定出最符合客戶的學習案，在英語學習上能取得成功。
- 瞭解客戶對於英語學習的需求，提出解決⽅案及推廣策略。
- 協助客戶使⽤Portal系統，說明使⽤⽅法。
- 與客戶建立長期且誠信的關係。
- 完成主管交辦事項。
